We ship packages discreetly packaged. No logo or branding is visible.

The standard making time is 6–8 weeks from the order date. With an express fee, we will prioritize your order and ship it within 1–2 weeks, depending on the order's contents.

If you'd like to add something to an order that hasn’t been shipped yet, it's definitely possible. Just contact us, and we’ll assist you with everything.

All packages are shipped with a tracking code, so you always have an overview of where your package is located.

A lifetime warranty applies to all our products in cases of manufacturing defects or damage caused by a manufacturing fault or during shipping to the customer.

You can return products within 30 days of receipt, in unused and undamaged condition. The order will be refunded upon the merchant’s physical receipt of the item. For product returns, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
