Making time

Express orders (orders with an express surcharge) are given priority in production and are shipped within 2 weeks of ordering.

Standard orders are produced and shipped approximately 8–10 weeks from the time of ordering. This estimate may vary slightly.

Shipping with a tracking code

All packages are shipped with a tracking code, so you always have an overview of where your package is located.

Discreetly packaged

We ship packages discreetly packaged. No logo or branding is visible.

Lifetime warranty

A lifetime warranty applies to all our products in cases of manufacturing defects or damage caused by a manufacturing fault or during shipping to the customer.

Product returns

You can return products within 30 days of receipt, in unused and undamaged condition. The order will be refunded upon the merchant’s physical receipt of the item. For product returns, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
